Misi\u00f3n<\/h3>

Curso<\/h3>

Es una propuesta estructurada metodol\u00f3gicamente con la finalidad de construir un marco referencial a partir de la revisi\u00f3n de contenidos te\u00f3rico-conceptuales, orientados a promover la reflexi\u00f3n, que den pauta a la construcci\u00f3n de conocimientos complejos y contribuyan al an\u00e1lisis y revisi\u00f3n de la pr\u00e1ctica.\n\nPrioriza los aspectos de orden te\u00f3rico conceptual, sin detrimento de la interacci\u00f3n con los asistentes mediante participaciones o trabajos realizados durante su desarrollo. Se adec\u00faa a la necesidad de atender a grupos numerosos de docentes. Intervenciones Formativas <\/h3>

Conjunto de acciones intencionadas, sistem\u00e1ticas, progresivas y congruentes con el objetivo de un programa de formaci\u00f3n, que generan una constante interacci\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis y articulaci\u00f3n entre la pr\u00e1ctica y la teor\u00eda para contribuir a la movilizaci\u00f3n, resignificaci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento de los saberes y conocimientos y al ejercicio del di\u00e1logo, la reflexi\u00f3n y el trabajo colaborativo de los colectivos docentes de un tipo, nivel, modalidad, opci\u00f3n o servicio educativo (Mejoredu, 2022: 7).<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Taller <\/h3>

Es una propuesta conformada por sesiones te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1cticas planificadas y estructuradas metodol\u00f3gicamente que favorecen el saber hacer, el desarrollo de habilidades y actitudes, as\u00ed como la construcci\u00f3n de herramientas para el fortalecimiento de la pr\u00e1ctica docente, con base en la integraci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica de saberes, conocimientos y metodolog\u00edas. \n\nSe da prioridad a la interacci\u00f3n, el desarrollo de habilidades, la participaci\u00f3n y elaboraci\u00f3n de productos por parte de los asistentes (UNAM, 2018). Enfatiza la puesta en marcha de acciones y estrategias para desarrollar una propuesta de acci\u00f3n, proyecto o producto para fortalecer la pr\u00e1ctica docente, directiva, de supervisi\u00f3n o de acompa\u00f1amiento pedag\u00f3gico.\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Diplomado<\/h3>

Es un programa acad\u00e9mico que ofrece a maestras y maestros formaci\u00f3n especializada con la finalidad de actualizar o profundizar en alg\u00fan tema, abord\u00e1ndose aspectos de orden te\u00f3rico. Al constituir los diplomados esquemas de formaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplios, es posible incluir en ellos experiencias de aprendizaje propias de diversos tipos.
